State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the State Board of
Occupational Therapy Practice in accordance with the Program
Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date
the termination provisions for the Board.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Health Occupations
9-502.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the Program Evaluation Act, this title and all rules and
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, [1984] 1994.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
City of Annapolis - Alcoholic Beverages
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and Aldermen of the City
of Annapolis to regulate within the city limits the
possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on certain
public property and owned by the city and public highways.
