AN ACT concerning
Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the Amusement Ride
Safety Advisory Board in accordance with the Program
Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date
the termination provisions for the Board.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

The provisions of this subtitle creating the Amusement

Safety Advisory Board and related to the regulation of amusement
rides and attractions and any regulations promulgated under this
article are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1,
[1983] 1993.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 2, AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
