The provisions of this subtitle creating the Occupational
Safety and Health Advisory Board and related to the regulation of
occupational safety and any regulations promulgated under this
article are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1,
[1983] 1993.

take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Advisory Council on Prevailing Wage Rates
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the Advisory
Council on Prevailing Wage Rates in accordance with the
Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a
certain date the termination provisions for the Council.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 21 - Procurement

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 21 - Procurement
8-515.
Section 8-513 of this subtitle creating the Advisory Council
on Prevailing Wage Rates and relating to wage rate laws is of no
effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1984] 1994.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
