State Board of Public Accountancy
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the State Board of
Public Accountancy in accordance with the Regulatory
Programs Evaluation Act of 1978 (Sunset Law) by extending to
a certain date the termination provisions for the Board.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 75A - Public Accountancy
23A.
The provisions of this article creating the Maryland State
Board of Public Accountancy and relating to the regulation of
certified public accountants and any regulations promulgated
under this article are of no effect and may not be enforced after
July 1, [1984] 1994.
