SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Health Occupations
2-502.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the Program Evaluation Act, this title and all rules and
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, [1984] 1990 1994.
5-702.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the Program Evaluation Act, this title and all rules and
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, [1984] 1994.
18-502.
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the Program Evaluation Act, this title and all rules and
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after July 1, 1984] 1990 1994.

Article 56 - Licenses
529.
The provisions of this subtitle creating the Board of
Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers and relating to the regulation
of hearing aids and any regulations promulgated under this
subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1,
[1984] 1990 1994.
