AN ACT concerning
Annual Leave and Sick Leave upon Certain Transfers
FOR the purpose of providing that an employee will not
receive lump sum payments for annual leave or credit for sick
leave upon separation where provisions have been made to transfer
such leave rights to a non-county entity, whether public or
private, and such entity recognizes and honors the rights so
transferred.
BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
SUBTITLE 16. PERSONNEL.
Section 16-220(j), and 16-221(j)
The Prince George's County Code

Effective August 24, 1982.
