County Employees Testifying Before Council
FOR the purpose of requiring County employees to testify
before the County Council or a Committee of the Council when so
requested in writing; providing for such attendance to be deemed
County business; and providing that such appearance shall be free
from any threats, restraints, or retaliatory actions.
