BILL NO. 10-81
AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 25, title "Hospitals,
Sanitariums, etc.," of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section
25-18, title "Fees," of Article II, title "Licenses," to provide
that certain fees shall be established by the County Executive by
written regulation in accordance with Section 2-105 of the Code;
and that such fees shall not exceed the cost of administration
and enforcement of the Chapter.
Effective Date May 28, 1981.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 47, title "Solicitors,
Hawkers and Peddlers," of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section
47-22,. title "Same - Fee; License Year," of Article III, title
"Hawkers and Peddlers," to provide that the County Executive by
written regulation shall establish certain fees not to exceed the
cost of administration and enforcement; and that the fee schedule
shall provide for certain licensing periods up to one year.
Effective Date May 28, 1981.

Roads", of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by
repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 49-38, title
"Permits for grading and construction - required; application;
fee", of Article II, title "Road Construction Code," to provide
that certain fees shall be established by the County Executive by
written regulation in accordance with Section 2-105 of the Code.
Effective Date May 28, 1981.

reenacting with amendments Section 52-8, title "Certification of
payment of taxes; fees; liability for errors, etc.," of Article
I, title "In General," to provide that certain fees shall be
established by the County Executive by written regulation in
accordance with Section 2-105 of the Code.
