BILL NO. 7-81
AN ACT to amend Chapter 52, title "Taxation", of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and
reenacting with amendments Section 52-18A, title "Tax credit for
certain nonprofit organizations", of Article I, title "In
General", to provide for a tax credit for certain tangible
personal property used to improve, replace, or maintain the
roads, common areas, or other common facilities owned by a
nonprofit organization, association, association, or foundation
which was formed under certain conditions and in certain zones,
and to provide for certain procedures and time limits in which
the tax credit may be given as set forth in State law; and to
provide for certain technical changes.
Effective Date May 28, 1982.

BILL NO.- 8-81
AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Subsection 27-48(a) of Section
27-48, title "Commission on Children and Youth"; all of Chapter
27, title "Human Relations and Civil Liberties" of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, to provide for additional
commissioners and a revision in the terms of office of youth
members of the Commission on Children and Youth.
Effective Date April 13, 1981.

BILL NO. 9-81
AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 8, title "Buildings," of
the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and
reenacting with amendments Section 8-33, title "Application; fee;
qualifications"; Section 8-34, title "Issuance; bond required;
fee"; Section 8-35, title "Term of licenses; renewals"; and
Section 8-36, title "Display; duplicates"; all of Article IV,
title "Building Contractor's License" to provide that certain
fees shall be established by the County Executive by written
regulation pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 8-13 of
the Code.
Effective Date May 28, 1981.
