BILL NO. 39-80
AN ACT to amend Chapter 57, title "Weapons," of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and
reenacting with amendments the entire. Chapter to eliminate
certain definitions which are not applicable to this Chapter or
are defined elsewhere, to redefine the "Maximum Expansion Area,"
and the "Urban Area," and to add certain definitions; to repeal
in its entirety Sections 57-2 and 57-10; to extend the validity
of the range approval certificates to three years; to renumber
Sections 57-4 through 57-11; to make certain clarifying changes
and to eliminate unconstitutional provisions in Section 57-7;
and to make certain clarifying changes to the penalty provisions
of Section 57-11.
Effective Date August 3, 1981.

BILL NO. 40-80
AN ACT to amend Chapter 41A, title "Rent Supplement and
Assistance Program" of the Montgomery County Code, 1972, as
amended, to provide for the County Executive to specify by
regulation an income limit to be used to determine eligibility
for participation and the amount of benefits a tenant may receive
from the rent supplement program.
Effective Date March 6, 1981.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 32, title
"Offenses-Miscellaneous", of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, by adding Section 32-18, title "Obscene Live Conduct"
for the purpose of prohibiting obscene live conduct in the
County.
Effective Date May 28, 1981.
