"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations", Article
VII, "Nonconformance"; and to enact in lieu thereof, new Section
13-326.4(d); to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-344(b) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XII, "Site
Plan Review"; to revise and enact certain regulations relating to
the repair, reconstruction and relocation of nonconforming uses.
