Title, Subtitle and Article; to repeal in their entirety,
Sections 13-328 through 13-337.3, inclusive, of the said Code,
Title, Subtitle, Article IX, "Signs", and to add new Sections
13-328, 13-328.1, 13-328.2, 13-329, 13-330, 13-330.1, 13-331,
13-332, 13-333, 13-334, 13-335, 13-335.1, 13-335.2, and 13-335.3
to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to repeal certain
provisions relating to signs, to redefine certain types of signs,
to change requirements relating to the location and size of signs
and matters generally related thereto.
