AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-315.1(a) and (b), 13-315.2(3), 13-315.3(a), 13-315.6 and
13-315.8 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", and Subtitle 3,
"Zoning Regulations", Article V, "Industrial Districts"; and to
add new Section 13-317.1(4A) and (45A) to said Code, Title and
Subtitle and Article V, "Industrial Districts"; to repeal and
reenact, with amendments, Section 13-343.5(b) of said Code, Title
and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions", to revise and
enact certain regulations relating to auxiliary uses in certain
industrial zoning districts in the County.

Section 13-300.11 to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article; to
repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 13-316.4(c) of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial Districts"; and
to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 13-327.4(b) of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article VIII, "Off-Street
Parking", to alter and enact certain regulations relating to
screening and buffer areas generally and in certain zoning
districts.
