require that public pools be supervised by a CPR certified
individual and that public pools be equipped with certain safety
and first-aid equipment.

Franchises", Article V, "CATV Franchises", to repeal in their
entirety Sections 12-1719, 12-1720, 12-1724, 12-1725, 12-1727,
12-1729, 12-1731 and 12-1735 of the said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article and to enact in lieu thereof new Sections 12-1719,
12-1720, 12-1724, 12-1725, 12-1727, 12-1731 and 12-1735; and to
add new Sections 12-1715(la), (3a), (3b) and (9), 12-1721A,
12-1722(c) through (1), inclusive, 12-1724A, 12-1727(c) through
(f), inclusive, 12-1731A, 12-1731B, 12-1731C, 12-1731D, 12-1736,
12-1737 and 12-1738 12-1735.1, 12-1735.2 AND 12-1735.3 to the
said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to revise certain
