TITLE 6, "CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS", SUBTITLE 1, "GENERALLY"; for
the purpose of prohibiting certain noises in residential areas.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 3-200 and 3-201 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 3, "Buildings", Subtitle 2,
"Structural Requirements", and to repeal in their entirety,
Sections 3-203, 3-204 and 3-205 of the same Code, Title and
Subtitle and to repeal in their entirety, Section 3-206, of the
same Code, Title and Subtitle, and to enact new Section 3-206 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle to stand in place of the section so
repealed, to revise and update the Anne Arundel County building
regulations, to adopt a new basic building code, to adopt certain
supplementary building regulations, and generally relating to the
regulation of the construction, maintenance and repair of
structures in Anne Arundel County.

Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes" to provide that a charge be

a lien on property and for matters generally related thereto.
