AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
14A-102(d), (e) and (k) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 14A, "Public Ethics", Subtitle 1,
"General Provisions"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 14A-300(a)(3), (5) and (6) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
3, "Conflicts of Interest"; to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 14A-401(b) and 14A-402(2)(D), (3)(D), (4),
(5)(C) and (6) of said Code, Title, Subtitle 4, "Financial
Disclosure"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections
14A-500(a)(4) and (b), and 14A-504(a)(2)(A), (H) and (I); to
generally revise and clarify certain definitions and other
provisions of the Anne Arundel County Public Ethics Law relating
to conflicts of interest, financial disclosure and lobbying
disclosure.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-800 through 13-808 to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", to be under the new Subtitle 8,
"Community Development Rehabilitation Loan Program", to create a
program of financial assistance to private persons utilizing
community development block grant funds for the rehabilitation or
renovation of certain properties; to provide for the
administration and implementation of the program; to authorize
the promulgation of rules and regulations relating to the
program; to provide for the protection of the County's interest
in financial assistance granted under the program.; and matters
generally related to the creation of a community development
rehabilitation loan program.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 9-206 to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 9, "Finance",
Subtitle 2, "Budget", to follow immediately after Section 9-205
thereof, to require that the current expense budget shall
identify and provide certain information relating to certain
contracts to be performed in future fiscal years.
