AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 13-104.2(d), 13-104.3(c) and 13-104.8(a) of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions",
Article I, "In General"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 13-107.7 and 13-109.1(e) of said Code, Title, Subtitle,
Article II, "Subdivision Design Standards and Requirements"; to
repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections 13-110(p) and
13-113.4 of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article III, "Procedures
for Filing and Processing Subdivision Applications"; to repeal
and reenact, with amendments, Section 13-122(a) of said Code,
Title, Subtitle, Article IV, "Required Improvements"; to add new
Section 13-103(28A) to said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article I, "in
General"; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 15-4A01
and 15-4A02(a)(2) of said Code, Title, 15, "Public Works",
Subtitle 4A, "Allocation of Water and Wastewater Capacity", as
most recently amended by Bill No. 200-81; to authorize and
provide for the use of inspection agreements as an alternative to
public works agreements under certain circumstances and
conditions in the development and construction of public
improvements within subdivisions.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 12-1730A to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 17, "Miscellaneous Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Article V, "CATV Franchises", to follow
immediately after Section 12-1730 thereof; to repeal and reenact,
with amendments. Section 12-1735SS of said Code, Title, Subtitle,
Article V-A, "Alternate CATV Regulations", to adopt certain
regulations to provide for the protection of privacy of certain
cable television subscribers.
