AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
12-2411, 12-2419(b)(l) and 12-2425(4) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits
and Franchises", Subtitle 24, "Air Conditioning, Heating and
Refrigeration", to change the exemption provisions relating to
air conditioning, heating and refrigeration work performed by
certain government and public utility employees, to change
certain mechanical license renewal conditions and fees, to change
certain mechanical permit expiration times and conditions, to
change and establish certain mechanical permit fees, and
generally relating to mechanical permit and license fees and
regulations.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Charter of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article
IV, "The County Executive", Section 405(a), "Powers and duties of
the office"; by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, said
Charter, Article V, "The Executive Branch", Section 507,
"Departments"; to add new Sections 550A, "Department of aging",
and Section 550B, "Functions of the department" to said Charter,
Article V, "The Executive Branch"; to create a Department of
Aging within the Executive Branch of the County government; to
specify the duties and functions of that Department; to provide
for the appointment of a Director of that Department; to provide
for the submission of this proposed Charter Amendment to the
voters of the county for approval or rejection; and to designate
a ballot title for such Charter Amendment.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
l-1400(b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 14,
"Reimbursement for Criminal Expenses", as enacted by Bill No.
201-81, to provide for the reimbursement of Detention Center
Officers and members of Volunteer Fire Departments and Rescue
Squads for expenses of defending criminal prosecutions arising
out of acts or omissions committed within the scope of their
employment or the performance of their duties; and matters
generally related thereto.
