THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SNOW HILL
TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 3
RESOLUTION of the Council of the Mayor and Council of Snow
Hill, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland (the
"Town"), adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 13 to 18,
inclusive, of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition) (1981 Replacement Volume), entitled
"Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 94 of the Charter of
the Town to permit interest charges and/or late charges as
designated by Ordinance, on past due water and sewer charges.
[Section 94 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date June 2, 1982]

TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER
CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 4
RESOLUTION of the Council of the Mayor and Council of Snow
Hill, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, (the
"Town"), adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 13 to 18,
inclusive, of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition) (1981 Replacement Volume), entitled
"Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 23 of the Charter of
the Town to change the residence requirement as to the State of
Maryland from a period of one year to a period of thirty days.
[Section 23 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date June 2, 1982]
