CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1982-1
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Secretary, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Sec 13 of Art. 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957 as amended, entitled "Corporations-Municipal" to
amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Secretary by repealing
and reenacting, with amendments, Sec. 2-103 entitled
"Qualifications of Voters" to further provide that owners of real
estate may vote even though they reside elsewhere so that it
conforms with Sec. 2-104.
[Section 2-104 of the Charter of the Town of Secretary,
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted with amendments.
