the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Powers and Duties of Mayor" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland- This amendment shall have the
effect of providing that the entire Mayor and City Council shall
supervise the Police Department rather than a three member
commission as provided in the existing Charter.
[Section C-413 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date January 4, 1983]
