CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 4 RESOLUTION
TO AMEND SECTION 57 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
PRINCESS ANNE
WHEREAS, The President and Commissioners of Princess Anne,
Maryland have found it necessary to amend Section 57 of the
Municipal Corporation Charter as said section pertains to the
rate of interest to be charged on overdue taxes due the Town of
Princess Anne:
[Section 206 of the Code of Public Laws of Somerset County,
1963 Edition, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date July 1, 1982]

RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 210 (a)
as Amended of the
CODE OF THE PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
SOMERSET COUNTY
(The Charter of Princess Anne)
Charter Amendment No. 5
WHEREAS, the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne
have found it necessary to borrow funds for the smooth and
efficient operation of the Town of Princess Anne, Maryland; and,
WHEREAS, the present sum and conditions of borrowing as set
forth in Section 210 (a) as Amended of the Code of the Public
Local Laws of Somerset County are inadequate.
[Section 210(a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset
County repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date November 23, 1982]
