[Section C-714 of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date July 6, 1982]
CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1982-11 SUBJECT: "Filing Statements of Candidacy" Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
be entitled: "Filing Statements of Candidacy" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment a certain section of the Charter of the
Town of Ocean City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the
effect of establishing a filing deadline date for qualified
persons who desire to become a candidate for the office of Mayor
or for the office of City Councilman. [Section C-506. of the Charter of Ocean City, Worcester
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date September 7, 1982]
CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1982-12 SUBJECT: "Filing Statements of Candidacy" Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to
