of the assessed valuation of the real property located in the
area to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of North
East have caused to be made a survey of the lands to be annexed;
and
WHEREAS, it is for the purpose of accomplishing the said
annexation and for providing for the conditions and circumstances
applicable to the changes in boundaries and to the residents and
property within the area to be annexed that this Resolution is
adopted.

repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION of the President and Commissioners of the Town of
North East, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of
the Constitution of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), 1981 Replacement
Volume, Title "Corporations - Municipal" and also pursuant to the
authority of Chapter 28 of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland
(adopted January 25, 1971) which said Code incorporates the
Charter of the Town of North East as adopted June 4, 1979, to the
municipal charter of the body politic and corporate known as the
Town of North East, and to annex and to include the following
described land in the boundaries of taxable limits of the Town of
North East.
[Pursuant to Section 201 of the Charter of the Town of North
East, Cecil County.

SUBJECT: "Registration of Qualified Voters"
Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of Ocean City, the amendment to be
entitled: "Registration of Qualified Voters" by repealing and
reenacting certain sections of the Charter of the Town of Ocean
