A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
BERLIN AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN
The Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin do hereby amend
the Charter of the Town of Berlin to provide for the
qualification of voters as follows:
[Section C6-1 of the Charter of the Town of Berlin,
Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 3
Enactment of an Amendment to the Charter for Bladensburg, Article
V, Section 502 (c)
RESOLUTION of the Council of the Town of Bladensburg to
amend the Charter of the Town of Bladensburg, this amendment to
be entitled "Overdue Taxes", such being the 3rd. amendment to the
Charter by striking the current penalty of one-third of one per
centum (.33%) for each month or fraction of a month until paid
and provide that a penalty of one and one-third per centum
(1.33%) for each month or fraction of a month until paid.
[Article V, Section 502 (c) of the Charter of the Town of
Bladensburg, Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
