A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 29 of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
for the purpose of granting to the Mayor and Aldermen of the City
of Annapolis general authority to exercise powers or perform
functions which are not now or hereafter denied to it by the
Constitution of Maryland, the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
or any applicable law passed by the General Assembly of Maryland.
[Section 29 of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date March 1, 1983]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 4-82
A RESOLUTION OF the Commissioners of Barnesville adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the 1957 Annotated Code
of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume), title "Corporations
Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule", to repeal certain sections and
to amend other sections of Chapter 74, title "Barnesville" of the
Montgomery County Code 1972 (1977 Replacement Volume) as amended,
being the municipal charter of the Commissioners of Barnesville
relating to the incorporation, organization, government and
affairs of said municipal corporation.
[Section(s) 74-1 through 74-22 of the Code of Public Laws of
Montgomery County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
