TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT
SECTION 59 OF THE CITY CHARTER
A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 59 of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
for the purpose of granting to the Mayor and Aldermen of the City
of Annapolis the authority to pass ordinances granting boards,
commissions and committees of the City the power to summons
witnesses and to compel their testimony and the production of
documents on such matters as may relate to the business of the
City or in connection with its officials or employees.
