HARRY HUGHES, Governor                                             2547 SECTION II(4) OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 01.01.1983.06 IS AMENDED IN
THE MANNER SET FORTH IN THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER, EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY. II. COMPOSITION The Council shall be composed of thirty members
consisting of: (4) The following representatives from State
Government: (a)  The Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning, (b)  The Secretary of Economic and Community
Development, (c)  The   Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, (d)  The   Secretary of Human Resources, (e)  The   Secretary of State Planning, (f)  The   State Superintendent of Schools, (g)  The   State Task Force for Volunteers, [and] (h) The Chairperson, Maryland Service
Corps Advisory Council, (I) THE SENATE OF MARYLAND, AND (J) THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES OF MARYLAND.
EXECUTIVE ORDER OF MARCH 26, 1983
01.01.1983.08 GOVERNOR'S EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING COUNCIL WHEREAS, The Congress of the United States has passed and the
President of the United States has enacted Public Law
97-300, the Job Training Partnership Act; and WHEREAS, The Job Training Partnership Act repeals and replaces
the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, as amended,
and permanently authorizes programs to provide improved
employment and training services; and
