Veterans Association, appointed by the Governor;

industry, appointed by the Secretary of Economic and Community
Development, with the approval of the Governor;
(4) (5) 1 or more representatives of the Small
Business Administration, appointed by the Secretary of Economic
and Community Development, with the approval of the Governor; and
(5) (6) 1 or more representatives of the Department
of Economic and Community Development, appointed by the Secretary
of Economic and Community Development with the approval of the
Governor; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the staff for the Council be provided by the
Department of Economic and Community Development; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That the Council prepare a report of its
activities for submission to the Secretary and the General
Assembly after the General Assembly convenes each year; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Honorable Harry Hughes, Governor of Maryland; the Vietnam
