Foundation, appointed by the Governor; (3) 1 or more members of the Disabled American
Veterans Association, appointed by the Governor; (3) (4) 1 or more representatives of the banking
industry, appointed by the Secretary of Economic and Community
Development, with the approval of the Governor; (4) (5) 1 or more representatives of the Small
