(3)  The proceeds shall be used, in addition to
designated federal, State, and county funds, to fund battered
spouse shelters and domestic violence programs as provided under
Article 88A, § 101 through 105 of this Code. (4)  The county executive shall prepare an annual
report on the disposition of fees collected under this article.
The report shall be available no later than December 1 subsequent
to the fiscal year being reported. (f)  (1) In Harford County, in addition to all other fees
imposed by this article, the clerk of the court may be directed
by resolution of the county council to receive [$15] UP TO $15
for every license issued. (2)  The clerk shall remit the proceeds of this
additional fee to the Comptroller of the Treasury of Harford
County on a monthly basis. (3)   In addition to designated federal, State, and
county funds, Harford County shall use the proceeds of the
additional fee to fund battered spouse and domestic violence
programs. (4)  Harford County's contribution to battered spouse
and domestic violence programs may include in-kind contributions. (5)  The clerk of the court shall receive 3 percent of
the proceeds of the additional fee for processing. (6)  The county executive of Harford County shall
prepare an annual report on the disposition of fees collected
under this section. (7)  The report shall be available by December 1 of
the year subsequent to the fiscal year being reported. (g)  (1) In Prince George's County, in addition to ail other
fees imposed under this article, the clerk of the court may be
directed by resolution of the county council to receive UP TO $15
for every license issued. (2)  The clerk shall remit the proceeds of this
additional fee monthly to the Director of Finance of Prince
George's County. (3)  The proceeds shall be used, in addition to
designated federal, State and county funds, in funding battered
spouse shelters and domestic violence programs. (4)  The county executive shall prepare an annual
report on the disposition of fees collected under this article.
The report shall be available by December 1 after the end of the
fiscal year being reported.
