(h) (1) In Howard County, in addition to all other fees
imposed under this article, the clerk of the court may be
directed by resolution of the county council to receive [$10] UP
TO $15 for every license issued.
(2) The clerk shall remit the proceeds of this
additional fee monthly to the Director of Finance of Howard
County.
(3) The proceeds shall be used in addition to
designated federal, State, and county funds, to fund battered
spouse shelters and domestic violence programs as provided under
Article 88A, §§ 101 through 105 of this Code.
(4) The county executive shall prepare an annual
report on the disposition of fees collected under this article.
The report shall be available by December 1 after the end of the
fiscal year being reported.
(i) (1) In Anne Arundel County, in addition to all other
fees imposed under this article, the clerk of the court may be
directed by resolution of the county council to receive [$5] UP
TO $15 for every license issued.
(2) The clerk shall remit the proceeds of this
additional fee monthly to the general fund of Anne Arundel
County.
(3) The proceeds shall be distributed by the county
council to promote or fund domestic violence programs.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

snowmobiles, from mandated uninsured motorist coverage; and

mandated uninsured motorist coverage.
