SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Chapter 141 of the Acts of 1982
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Ad Hoc
subcommittee shall submit quarterly reports between June 1, 1983
and June 30, 1984.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the additional
regulations required by this Act shall be adopted by June 30,
[1983] 1984. Until June 30, [1983] 1984, the acquisition of
human, cultural, social, [or] AND educational services [are] IS
not subject to the provisions of Article 21.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Ad Hoc
subcommittee shall submit quarterly reports to the President of
the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates between June
1, 1983 and June 30, 1984, and the President of the Senate and
the Speaker of the House shall distribute the reports to the
appropriate committees of the General Assembly.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1983.
