SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(b) "Frozen dessert" means any:

(2) Artificially sweetened ice milk;
(3) French custard ice cream;
