(7) GOAT MILK ICE MILK;
(8) QUIESCENTLY FROZEN CONFECTION;
(9) QUIESCENTLY FROZEN DAIRY CONFECTION; OR
[(15)] (6) Any product for which a standard has been
set under § 4-804 of this subtitle and that is:
(i) Similar in appearance, odor, or taste to
any of the other products listed in this subsection;
(ii) Prepared or frozen in the same way as any
of those products; or
(iii) Frozen together with a mix that is used
in any of those products.
(10) (I) ANY FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT THAT IS SIMILAR IN
APPEARANCE, ODOR, OR TASTE TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN THIS
SUBSECTION;
(II) ANY FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT THAT IS PREPARED
OR FROZEN IN THE SAME WAY AS ANY OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN THIS:
SUBSECTION; OR
(III) THE MIX THAT IS USED IN ANY OF THE
PRODUCTS LISTED IN THIS SUBSECTION.
4-804.
(a) To prevent deception in the sale of frozen desserts and
to safeguard the health and welfare of consumers, the Secretary
shall adopt rules and regulations that:
(1) Provide definitions and set standards of identity
for frozen desserts and the mixes used in the manufacture of
frozen desserts;
