1989. Thereafter, all persons appointed to the Board shall serve

Boating - Operation While Intoxicated or While Under
the Influence - Prohibitions
FOR the purpose of providing that a person may not operate or
attempt to operate a vessel while the person is intoxicated,
under the influence of alcohol, or under the influence of
drugs, combination of drugs, or combination of drugs and
alcohol, or under the influence of__a controlled dangerous
substances substance; providing certain exceptions;
establishing certain evidentiary requirements to determine a
violation of this Act; and prohibiting a defense to this Act
from being raised under certain conditions with a certain
exception.
