is not effective until 30 days after the Bank Commissioner
receives the notice. 12-413. (c) (1) If a buyer or holder of a payment instrument or
traveler's check brings an action against a licensee, the
licensee shall: (i) Notify the Bank Commissioner of the action
by [registered] CERTIFIED mail, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, BEARING
A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, within 10 days
after the action is begun; and

4-243.
(a) (1) As soon as practicable after a hearing on a protest
to a rule or regulation under § 4-242 of this subtitle, the
Secretary shall: (i) Act on the protest by issuing an order; and (ii) Send a copy of the order to each protester
by [registered] CERTIFIED mail, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED ,
BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. 4-324. (c) The Department shall send the hearing notice   to the licensee or registrant by [registered] CERTIFIED mail,     RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED , BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES

, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. 4-624. (a) (2) If the Secretary believes that a person is
operating a cannery or frozen food processing plant without a
license, the Secretary shall give the person notice, by
[registered] CERTIFIED mail, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, BEARING A
POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, that the person
has 10 days in which to obtain a license. 4-715. (c) The Secretary shall send the hearing notice to the
licensee by [registered] CERTIFIED mail, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED
, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
