(1982 Volume) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 9-501 through 9-517, inclusive, and the
subtitle "Subtitle 5. County Plans" of Article - Health -
Environmental of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed. SECTION 2 AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows: Article - Health - Environmental Title 9. Water, Ice, and Sanitary Facilities. SUBTITLE 5. COUNTY WATER AND SEWERAGE PLANS. 9-501. DEFINITIONS. (A)   IN GENERAL. IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection formerly appeared as HE §
9-501(a). No changes are made. (B)  COMMUNITY SEWERAGE SYSTEM. "COMMUNITY SEWERAGE SYSTEM" MEANS A PUBLICLY OR PRIVATELY
OWNED SEWERAGE SYSTEM THAT SERVES AT LEAST 2 LOTS. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived
without substantive change from former HE § 9-501(c).
