Article - Health - General 7-318. (b) (1) These rules and regulations shall provide for
consideration of: (i) The number of individuals who
inappropriately live in large State facilities but could be
served best in the community; (ii) Historic information; (iii) Reasonable projections; (iv) Availability of private group homes for
mentally retarded individuals to meet the projected need; and (v) Zoning classifications. (2) These rules and regulations shall require
supervision of a responsible adult. 7-414. (b) (1) These rules and regulations shall provide that the
following factors be considered in determining whether a proposed
site is suitable: (i) The nature and character of the area; (ii) The availability of utilities; and (iii) The access to transportation, shopping,
recreation; and public establishments. (2) These rules and regulations shall require
supervision of a responsible adult. Article - Health - Occupations 4-309. (a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a
license expires on the date set by the Board, unless the license
is renewed for an additional term as provided in this section.
No license shall be renewed for a term longer than 2 years. (2)  A limited license to practice dentistry expires
on the first anniversary of its effective date. (3)  A teacher's license to practice dentistry or a
teacher's license to practice dental hygiene expires on the
earlier of:
