(i) The date set by the Board, unless the
license is renewed for an additional term as provided in this
section; or (ii) The date when the licensee ceases to be a
full-time faculty member at the institution named on the license. Article - Natural Resources 10-411. (b) (1) A person may not upon any pretense come to hunt
with a gun, on the lands owned by another person without the
written permission of the landowner, his agent, or lessee. Any
person hunting on this private property is liable for any damage
he causes to the private property while hunting on it. The
landowner shall not be liable for accidental injury or damage to
the person whether or not the landowner or his agent gave
permission to hunt on it. (2) The provisions of this subsection apply only in
the following counties: (i) Calvert County; (ii) Cecil County; (iii) Charles County; (iv) Harford County; (v) St. Mary's County; and (vi) Washington County. Article - Real Property 14-111. (b) Any person who willfully obliterates, damages, or
removes any stake, marker, monument, or other landmark set in the
property of another person by any civil engineer, surveyor, or
real estate appraiser or any of their assistants, except if the
stake, marker, monument, or other landmark interferes with the
proper use of the property, is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction shall be fined not more than $500. Article 20 - Somerset County 28A. (a) The Board of County Commissioners of Somerset County
may sell, lease, convey, assign, or otherwise transfer the
buildings, assets, appurtenances, and real estate property known
