(House Bill 1171)
AN ACT concerning
Sealed, Closed, or Fastened Food Packages or Containers
FOR the purpose of providing that it is a misdemeanor for a
person to open a sealed, closed, or fastened food package or
container in any mercantile establishment food store or
supermarket when the item will be left in an unsalable
condition; providing certain exceptions; and providing a
certain fine for a violation of this section.
