(House Bill 1002)
AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City and Baltimore County - Boundary
FOR the purpose of altering the boundary line between Baltimore
City and Baltimore County to provide that a certain portion
of Baltimore City becomes part of Baltimore County under
certain conditions; providing that this Act is subject to a
referendum of certain voters and providing for the
referendum; providing for the rights and privileges of
certain inhabitants of Baltimore City under certain
conditions; providing for the effect of this Act on certain
conveyances, wills, mortgages, contracts, and other
documents, on buildings, zoning classifications, criminal
and civil jurisdictions, county owned property, taxes,
public local and public general laws, and congressional,
legislative, councilmanic, and school board districts;
providing for the implementation of this Act; and generally
relating to an alteration of the boundary line between
Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That, subject to the provision of this Act, the
following area is hereby declared to be a part of Baltimore
County, and the boundary between Baltimore City and Baltimore
County is hereby declared to be relocated to provide for the
transfer of the area from Baltimore City to Baltimore County:
Beginning at a point where the existing city boundary line
intersects the south right-of-way line of Plainview Avenue, said
point is further identified by Maryland State Plane Grid
coordinates East 541,697.8 and North 932,965.4, and running
thence:
South 71° 06' 50" West 88.36' to the westernmost boundary
line of Lot #533, as shown on the plat of Summit Farms which is
recorded among the land records of Baltimore County in Plat Book
WPC 7, folio 48, said point is further identified by State
Coordinates East 541,669.2 and North 932,881.8, thence running
and binding on the westernmost boundary of said lot,
South 0° 30' 15" East 127.50' to the northwest corner of Lot
#541 at coordinate point East 541,541.7 and North 932,882.9,
thence continuing in the same direction along the westernmost
boundary of Lots #541 through #566 inclusive ,
South 0° 30' 15" East 520.00' to the corner of Lots #566 and
#567 at coordinates East 541,021.7 and North 932,887.5, thence
binding on the division line between Lots #566 and #567,
