AN ACT concerning
Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Compact -
Membership
FOR the purpose of deleting the requirement that a member of
Maryland's representatives on the Atlantic States Marine
Fisheries Commission be a member of the Maryland Commission
on Intergovernmental Cooperation; specifying that the
presiding officers of the General Assembly appoint a member
who has certain interests; making this Act an emergency
measure; and specifying that the passage of this Act is
contingent upon the enactment of another measure.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

concurrent with his tenure as Secretary. One commissioner shall
