LAWS OF MARYLAND
(a)  Falsely impersonate any voter or other person, and vote
or attempt or offer to vote in or upon the name of such voter or
other person, or to vote or attempt to vote in or upon the name
of any other person, whether living or dead, in or upon any
false, assumed or fictitious name, or in or upon any name not his
own; (b)  Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to vote more than
once for any candidate for the same office, except as authorized
by law; (c)  To vote or attempt or offer to vote in any election
district or precinct without having a legal right to vote
therein; (d)  To vote more than once, or vote in more than one
election district or precinct; (e)  Having once voted in an election, to vote or attempt to
vote again in the same election; (f)  Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to do any unlawful
act to secure for himself or for any other person a right or
opportunity to vote; (g)  By force, threat, menace, intimidation, bribery or
reward, or offer or promise thereof, or otherwise unlawfully,
either directly or indirectly, to influence, or attempt to
influence any voter in giving his vote; or, (1)  By such means to prevent or hinder, or attempt to
prevent or hinder any qualified voter from freely exercising the
right of suffrage; or, (2)  By any such means, to induce, or attempt to
induce any such voter to exercise any such right; or (3)  By any such means or otherwise to compel or
induce or attempt to compel or induce any judge in any election
district or precinct to receive the vote of any person not
legally qualified or entitled to vote at the said election in
such district or precinct; (h) Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to interfere with,
delay or hinder in any manner any judge in the discharge of his
duties; or, (i) Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently to counsel, advise,
induce or attempt to induce any judge whose duty it is to
ascertain, proclaim, announce or declare the result of any such
election, to give or make any false certificate, document,
report, return or other false evidence in relation thereof; or to
refuse or neglect to comply with his duty, or to violate any law
regulating the same; or to receive the vote of any person in any
