election district or precinct not entitled to vote therein; or to
refuse to receive the vote of any persons entitled to vote
therein; (j) To aid, counsel, advise, procure or assist any voter,
person or judge to do any act by law forbidden, or in this
article constituted an offense; (k) To wilfully omit to do any act by this article directed
to be done.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 24, 1983.
CHAPTER 390 (House Bill 1084) AN ACT concerning Health Occupations Boards - Disciplinary Action FOR the purpose of providing certain disciplinary grounds for
which certain health occupations boards may deny a license,
reprimand a licensee, or suspend or revoke a license; and
making certain stylistic and grammatical changes. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,                                        Article - Health Occupations Section 2-313, 3-310, 4-314, 5-311(a), 6-315(a), 7-313(a),
