SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Natural Resources
1-102.
(a) The following units are included within the Department:
(1) The Tidewater Administration, which shall include
the Coastal Zone Management Program;
(2) The Wildlife Administration;
(3) The Natural Resources Police Force;
(4) The Forest and Park Service;
(5) The Water Resources Administration;
(6) The Maryland Environmental Service;
(7) The Energy Administration, which shall include
the power plant siting and research program, the Bureau of Mines,
the Land Reclamation Committee, and the Maryland Energy Office;
(8) The Maryland Geological Survey;
(9) The Maryland Geological Survey Commission;
(10) The Scenic River Review Board;
(11) The Upper Potomac River Commission;
