certain section of the Corporations and Associations
Article. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Corporations and Associations Section 3-404 Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1982 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Corporations and Associations 3--404. [Within 30 days after the date of approval] NOT LESS THAN 20
DAYS PRIOR TO THE FILING OF ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION WITH THE
DEPARTMENT, the corporation shall mail notice that dissolution of
the corporation has been approved to all its known creditors at
their addresses as shown on the records of the corporation. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 24, 1983.

affixing a corporate seal to a document executed by a
