Article - Corporations and Associations
1-304. (a)   If any corporation is required to place its corporate
seal to a document, it is sufficient to meet the requirements of
any law of this State relating to a corporate seal to place the
word "(seal)" adjacent to the signature of the [authorized
officer of the corporation] PERSON AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE
DOCUMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CORPORATION. (b)   If a Maryland corporation is required to place its
corporate seal to a document, it is sufficient to meet the
requirements of any law, rule, or regulation relating to a
corporate seal to place the word "(seal)" adjacent to the
signature of the [authorized officer of the corporation] PERSON
AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE DOCUMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CORPORATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 24, 1983.
CHAPTER 334 (Senate Bill 362) AN ACT concerning Creation of a State Debt - Oxon Hill Manor FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $500,000 $250,000, the proceeds to be used as
a grant to Oxon Hill Manor Foundation for the purpose of
construction of outdoor lighting and parking facilities for
the Oxon Hill Manor and for the improvement, rehabilitation,
renovation, and reconstruction of Oxon Hill Manor subject to
the requirement that the Oxon Hill Manor Foundation provide
at least an equal and matching fund of a certain kind for
the same purpose by a certain date; providing that the Oxon
Hill Manor Foundation shall provide at least an equal and
matching fund of a certain kind for the same purpose by a
certain date; providing that certain easements be granted to
the Maryland Historical Trust; and providing generally for
the issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
