Article - Agriculture
13-206.
On the second Wednesday of January in each year the
Department shall submit to the General Assembly, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, §51 OF THE CODE, a report which sets forth the
amount of money received into the Administration Fund and which
explains how the money is spent.
Article - Health - Environmental
8-405.
After considering all relevant information, the Secretary
shall report to the General Assembly, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51
OF THE CODE, the Secretary's findings, under § 8-403 of this
subtitle, on the status of any technology or means for the
permanent disposal of low-level nuclear waste.
Article - Health - General
8-204.
In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this title,
the Administration shall:
(8) Submit, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE:
(i) An annual report to the Department, the
Governor, and the General Assembly;
(ii) Any additional report that the Department,
Governor, or General Assembly requests; and
(iii) Periodically to the Department and, in
the discretion of the Administration, to the Governor or General
Assembly, recommendations:
1. To further the rehabilitation of
chronic alcoholics;
2. To prevent the excessive and abusive
use of alcoholic beverages; and
3. To promote moderation in the use of
alcoholic beverages.
