(i) An annual report to the Secretary, the
Governor, and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, the
General Assembly; and
(ii) Any additional report that the Secretary,
Governor, or General Assembly requests; and

(b) In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in Part I
of this subtitle, the Commission shall:
(7) On or before October 1 of each year, submit to
the Governor, the Secretary, and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF
THE CODE, TO the General Assembly an annual report on the
operations and activities of the Commission during the preceding
fiscal year.
(c) (3) On or before January 1, 1984, the Commission shall
submit to the General Assembly, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF
THE CODE, a detailed report on its findings.
Article - Natural Resources
11-209.
For any fiscal year in which the Department implements the
State standby set-aside program, it shall report on the
implementation, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, to the
General Assembly, within 120 days after the end of that fiscal
year. The report shall include a description of the number and
types of applications for State set-aside product received and
approved by the Department during that fiscal year.
Article - Transportation
2-103.
(e) (3) The Secretary shall submit the State Report on
Transportation, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, to the
General Assembly by the third Wednesday of January of each year.

(b) If the budget request for the Department's total
capital and operating expenditures exceeds the total of proposed
capital and operating expenditures in the Consolidated
Transportation Program, the Department shall submit a
reconciliation report, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE,
to the General Assembly that specifically sets forth those
proposed projects for which the additional expenditures will be
made.
