(f) Any State agency or official required to submit any
report to the General Assembly OR PROPOSING TO DISTRIBUTE ANY
REPORT GENERALLY TO MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY shall [comply
with this reporting requirement by submitting] SUBMIT five copies
of each report to the State Department of Legislative Reference.
[No] A copy OF ANY SUCH REPORT may NOT be distributed to a member
of the General Assembly, unless:
(1) The Speaker of the House and President of the
Senate have furnished the agency or official with prior written
approval to distribute the report to each member; or
(2) The member requests a copy.
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

(d) By January 1 of each year, the Trust shall submit a
report to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE
CODE, TO the General Assembly of Maryland reporting the financial
status of the Fund for the preceding 12 month period.
Article 70B - Office on Aging
4D.
Prior to each legislative session AND SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40,
§ 51 OF THE CODE, the Interagency Committee on Aging Services
shall present a report to the General Assembly on the annual
aging services plan, the activities of the Committee, and the
current status of aging services in this State.
Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes
281.
(d) If changes in federal income tax laws are enacted which
eliminate or reduce a deduction, or substitute a credit for a
deduction, and take effect during the taxable year in which they
are enacted, the deduction for State income tax purposes shall
continue only for the taxable year in which the deduction is
eliminated, reduced, or substituted with a credit.
[The] SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, THE
Comptroller shall submit a report to the General Assembly by
January 31 of each year, for consideration during that year's
legislative session, outlining any changes in federal income tax
law occurring in the last year, and the impact of those changes
on State revenues.
